Larry Bevilacqua

Larry Bevilacqua is one of the team leaders here at The Royal Realty Team. He started his career as a CPA, but right out of college he knew he wanted to be more than the one behind the scenes managing the books or doing the taxes. Larry quickly became an entrepreneur and started various successful businesses including event management, professional organizing, interior design, a spa, and early childhood centers. He is proud to be one of the owners of Carelot Children’s Centers where for over 20 years they have helped shape the future by building strong foundations for a lifetime of learning. They have served thousands of families and as the CEO he learned so much about families and their needs. He learned that listening and caring about good service and having integrity and passion lead to success. So after years of commercial and residential real estate investing he decided it was time to work directly with people as they searched for their homes, investments and ultimately fulfill their dreams. He loves helping others and sharing years of experience with them along the way. He uses his business savvy to negotiate for them, his organization to manage the entire process from loan origination to move-in day, his passion for design to help them see the beauty in every home and his real estate investing background and financial background to help ensure they find he equity they need in their home or investment.
