Larry Black

Larry Black is the owner of Heritage Real Estate, located in Chino Hills, California, and serves the surrounding areas. He obtained his real estate license in the state of California in 1978 and then went on the receive his broker license in 1985.

Prior to opening his own real estate company, he worked at Realty World Boyer and Black and Century 21. Larry's exemplary work in real estate has awarded him the top 10% of sales associates and the first ever to achieve the Centurion, Double Centurion, and Master Hall of Fame designation for his previous company. He has also been awarded Realtor for Life by the local Association of Realtors.

With over 40 years of real estate experience, Larry specializes in residential real estate sales, relocation, bank-owned sales, and short sale negotiations. He also has extensive knowledge of California escrow procedures and bulk sales.
