My business background as well as personal real estate investing provides me the opportunity to speak first hand about real estate investment in paradise, Anna Maria Island, Fl. I have commercial, condominium, single family construction and renovation experience in Holmes Beach as well as Anna Maria City. In 2022, successfully developed a $20M Direct Gulf front condominium project. My most recent projects were maneuvering code challenges for two commercial properties in Anna Maria City as well as Holmes Beach to continue to maximize public exposure to the buildings and essentially reconstruct both buildings from the ground up without losing benefits due to updated zoning code. In 2018 I sold a portion of our seasonal real estate management business and with the encouragement of past customers and a key partner agreeing to lead the team, here we are again leaning into vacation rental management on Anna Maria Island.
