Having been in the real estate arena for 17 years now, Larry Evans is not new to the Clarksville community. As an Austin Peay Graduate and former Ft. Campbell soldier, Larry relates to many of the people that have moved to this area. Clarksville has been home for over 45 years and its small-town atmosphere yet progressive movement towards a more metropolitan community has really impressed him. Larry is a hardworking, family-oriented man, married with 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Spending time reading and just hanging out with the grandchildren makes him quite happy. Other times working in the yard, doing puzzles, reading the Bible and other books gives lots of pleasure to Larry's quieter moments. Listening to music of all kinds and watching historical films contributes to the more complex side of his character. He is involved at his church, First Baptist, with the choir and many different mission projects. Intensely loyal and dependable, Larry says he loves his country, God, church, family and friends.
