Larry Hausman

Larry is First Vice President Investments with Marcus & Millichap in Louisville, KY. Larry first became licensed as a realtor in 1994. In 1996, he received the RE/MAX agent of the year award. Larry formed Thoroughbred Real Estate in 1997 and in 1999 began practicing commercial real estate. By 2001, Larry expanded operations by recruiting 3 experienced commercial agents. In 2004, he began the first of several development projects. In 2005 he began and completed CCIM training and joined Marcus & Millichap, heading the Retail and Office Departments for the Louisville office. He was named Costar Power Broker from 2012-2016 and named Senior Investment Adviser in 2017. Larry has earned the Marcus & Millichap National Gold Plaque Award and is a Member of ICSC. In 2017, he was named to Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Larry has held series 7 and 66 licenses with FINRA.
