Larry was very Professional,knowledgeable and attentive to our needs, he helped us sale a home and buy another. The selling part went so smoothly due to his suggestions onto what offer to accept, the buyer wrote as is and he made sure we sold our house as is. When it was time for us to move into our new home the previous owner was still in our new home with a lot of his stuff still in it. Larry come down helped him get everything out and negotiated a cleaning fee from the previous owner to pay us. I feel Larry goes above and beyond, we highly recommend Larry to anyone.

My experience with Larry was pleasing and the only complaint if any was that he kept on showing me homes after our list finished. I wanted to go have lunch with my family and start my weekend but at the same time viewing those 2 extra homes helped change my prospective on what we needed and wanted. I never felt pressured and he never made me feel as if he tried to sell me. I worked with a few Chula Vista real estate agents on an off and one from north county but they would all push me to make an offer after viewing 1 or 2 homes! One of the agents even said it was company policy to make an offer to get me feet wet! If your looking for a good professional to help and not push you towards a purchase Larry is your Realtor!

I was looking for a real estate company to sell my home in Chula Vista and I came across a ton of profiles. It seems like everyone now a days holds a real estate license or knows a Realtor. Everyone also claims to be the best but that is questionable. My own cousin wanted to handle our listing but I didn’t feel comfortable knowing she had limited experience and her proximity to our house was hours away . Larry was the 4th Realtor I talked to and not my first pick lol he was actually my 3rd however he responded to my messages promptly and that made me feel really comfortable. I can’t handle not getting immediate answers lol. He was fair on pricing and immediately moved him to my 2nd pick and what really sealed the deal was him responding on a Sunday morning before I started my morning shift. I messaged our 1st pick Realtor first on Saturday with no response and that frustrated me. I sent Larry a message at 8 am Sunday and he responded a few minutes later! I was sold and he became my number 1 pick. The small details are what sets these professionals apart and picking a full time experienced real estate agent who is available for you is what makes the difference. That other agent didn’t respond until Monday morning and mentioned she could have my property live by Friday and Larry had it listed for sale by Monday Evening. Yeah I made a good pick.

Let me start off by saying that Larry Parra is the best Realtor I have come across in a long while. I was recently relocated from NY to our Chula Vista Branch in June. I used a Realtor that one of my colleagues used but she would always brush off my questions. Example what is the HOA and Mello Roos along with full estimated payment. Her response would always be it’s in the link I sent you or she would say it’s not that bad. If I wanted to view a home other agent would say let me check my schedule and would schedule me 2 or 3 days out. Enough was enough so I called Larry based off of another recommendation. Best decision ever! What are fees within under 30 minutes a response and answer. Can we view this home within the same time a response answer and scheduled showing for same day! We got an accepted offer on our 3rd try and he even got me some closing costs credits! If your looking for a professional Realtor he is definitely good!

Larry was never pushy or quick to try and sell us anything. He really looked at the properties in depth with us and knew when a house was in good condition or not even worth putting an offer on.
