About Larry

For years as a consultant, Larry helped clients find their best path to success by blending a genuine compassion for people and an ability to understand their needs, with a strong business sense. Larry brings this same approach to real estate and looks forward to working with you. He is a resident of Chicago where he lives on the Northwest side in Sauganash.

Larry's association with real estate started at a young age helping his dad maintain properties in Chicago's south suburbs, where he was born and raised. Larry graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and General Studies from the University of Iowa and with an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He studied leadership and teamwork at the University of Cambridge in England and Hitotsubashi University in Japan. His service mindset gained a solid foundation as a graduate of The Disney Institute's course on Delighting Guests. After over 20 years working in the corporate world with stops in Chicago, Houston, New Orleans, and then back to Chicago, Larry went out on his own 15 years ago forming a consulting business that led him to spend the 12 years delighting his customers and employees in the car wash industry. In 2024, Larry moved his business into real estate as a full-time real estate broker

Outside of his professional life, Larry is passionate about a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that he and his wife Kristen formed to help cancer patients and their families. They love spending time with their five kids and three dogs. They enjoy traveling, live music, and finding Chicago's best burger and taco places. Larry and Kristen have completed many half-marathons around the country.
