Larry Sims

As the Broker-In Charge of Sims Commercial Realtors, Auctioneers, Larry sets a high standard for every team member. Known as a creative problem-solver, he prides himself on finding solutions where others have failed.

He began his career after he received a BBA in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 1972. Since then, he has supported his alma mater and served on the Board of Trustees.

In 1999 he was named the Middle Tennessee Realtor of the Year. His extensive resume includes several designations such as CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member. Other designations include CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, Realtors, Institute) and CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute). He is a member of the NAR Residential Sales Council, as well as the Chamber of Commerce.
