It has been almost a month since I moved to my new home. The joy of having a place to call home was made possible by Liz and Mark @Lassen realty. Liz and Mark were always quick to respond to my requests, ready to respectfully offer their opinion and generous with sharing their knowledge. Liz and Mark were always available to schedule and show all the properties I requested and genuine in their concern for finding me a home I would love and care for many years to come.

Liz has been a phenomenal help throughout this entire process! We came into the journey with little to no information and Liz was not only a gentle guide but a fierce champion fighting to ensure we find the best place for us. There were many times we were going to “settle” but Liz encouraged us, and helped us find a dream house that truly fits our needs and wants! In addition, she is incredibly responsive with texts, calls, and emails and was even willing to work with our complicated work schedules. When we finally made an offer, it was clear she was willing to help us move mountains to make it work. Liz not only is a great realtor, but she has amazing contacts in auxiliary fields which helped us secure a mortgage lender, inspector, and lawyer, all of whom have gone above and beyond for us. I can not recommend Liz enough, with her vast and deep knowledge of the housing market and home care, she has made this process go smoothly and securely. She has been honest and kind--a perfect mix for someone helping us plan and purchase our future home!

Liz is a great person to go with for finding your new home. She is very responsive to emails and texts and genuinely cares about your wants and needs. She is very professional and honest about what you are getting into when you look at various properties. More importantly I didn't expect to have so much fun looking at houses but it was a great experience going around with Liz.

Liz helped ease us through the entire process, and her recommendations for lenders and lawyers helped us build a team that was efficient, professional, and receptive to questions. In addition, Liz’s suggestions for how to interact with the sellers helped us win the bid, and allowed us to walk away feeling like we got a fair deal. Even after closing, Liz continues to support our home-ownership, and is receptive to providing suggestions for any help we need (appliance repairs, garage door issues, HVAC repair, etc.) .
