I was hesitant of the process of buying a home due to a previous interaction with a very aggressive realtor. A friend referred Latasha and I tell everyone who would like to purchase or sell their home to use her. Latasha made the process very easy and not as stressful as I previously thought. I told her of my previous interaction and that I was just looking but not going to buy right away. With that said, I bought my home 3 months after meeting with her. Her customer was A1!

Latasha is very thorough, professional and kind! I was pregnant during my home search and my time was limited due to my high risk pregnancy. She scheduled showings with my special needs in mind. It was my 1st time buying a house so I was nervous and didn't know all the right questions to ask. She guided me through every step of the way and welcomed all the questions I had. My experience with Latasha was God sent as she knew exactly what I needed to successfully get through my process. It was a tough market at the time & every house I was interested in was either quickly contracted or getting several offers. She suggested I offer more than the selling price on the house I really wanted. I didn't question her as I trusted her judgement but in my mind I was thinking I wanted to get the house for less not more as I am an avid bargain shopper. lol However, in the end it all worked out seamlessly as we actually did purchase the house I really wanted for less than the selling price. I recommend Latasha to anyone who is even thinking about purchasing a home within the next year. From my personal experience I came to her with the mindset of purchasing a year later and ended up buying a home within 2 months, which was exactly what I wanted but didn't think it was attainable. I am so very thankful for her making my home buying experience stress-free while ensuring I brought my 1st choice house for my family. Therefore, I'm forever grateful to Latasha for being genuine, caring & providing 5 star service with a beautiful smile!

Latasha was very professional and her quality of service was TOP TIER! Even in this hectic buying market she remained patient throughout and made sure I had the best experience possible... Even when I thought this wasn't going to happen she provided words of encouragement and continued her hard work to help me find a home!

I would and have already referred future clients to her for these reasons!

in the time frame that I have worked with ms latasha from the very beginning she was very patient and attentive especially at times that I was being indecisive and doubting myself. she kept everything professional and made me feel as comfortable as possible with decision making.being as though this was my first time she gave pertinent information containing anything that I was unaware of.
