Highly Recommended!!

When we started our house search we were completely unaware of the things we should know for house purchase. Latesh explained it in detail, also he first understood what is our requirement for new home.

Latesh is very good at reading his customer's body language when we tour house this skill helps him to understand if you are really liked this home or not. On some occasions I tried to put an offer even though we did not liked all aspect of the house, he helped us to think more wisely and take better decision each time. This shows he is not just behind to sale the hose but fulfil the customer and his family needs.

He also clarified all our doubt over the house hunting, during 6 month contract time and at the time of closing he was with us.

We highly recommend Latesh as realtor for your house buy/sale process.

If you’re ever looking for the best possible real estate agent you can work with, consider Latesh Patel of LP Reality. Latesh was absolutely instrumental to us finding and getting our house. From the house showing, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, and every possible question we could throw at him (of which there were many), he was with us every step of the way.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of each house that would have totally escaped us. However he never imposed, but offered his expertise as a guide or counsel, working according to our needs and interests.
And on top of all the professional competence, he is as warm, kind, and genuine a human being as they come.
Uma and I could not recommend Latesh more highly!
