Latham has lived in Northern Virginia for 16 years with her family. It is her sincere desire to help people reach their real estate goals.
Latham got into sales because she wanted to help her family and friends and being an appraiser has given her a strong skill set to do that. Latham knows value and wants to ensure that her clients are getting the most bang for their buck.
Latham was born and raised in Warrenton, Virginia, where much of her family still lives. She went to boarding school at Episcopal in Alexandria, Virginia. After high school, she studied abroad in England before attending James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. While there, Latham majored in psychology and got double minors in business and economics. After college, she lived in Charlottesville for a few years and worked at a bank and a law firm. She moved back to Northern Virginia in 2005 and moved into real estate as an appraiser. Latham has been a Certified General appraiser for more than 13 years and has experience appraising every kind of property, from a townhouse to a large estate, from an office building to an ice rink. Latham wants to use her experience in valuation and her extensive knowledge of the markets to help you find the perfect property. She looks forward to that opportunity.
