LaTonya Boyce

LaTonya has a true desire to assist in changing lives, one buyer at a time. She assists clients by guiding and educating them through the home buying process.

Originally from Milwaukee, WI, LaTonya visited Florida 16 years ago and decided to trade her snow boots for sandals. With her past experience in business development, sales, leadership, adult education and business entrepreneurship; LaTonya decided to look at options to assist others in achieving the american dream, through home ownership. LaTonya’s was formally educated at the University of Phoenix where she achieved a bachelors degree in Business Management and a masters degree in Adult Education and Training.

LaTonya enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She very competitive and enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports to include, basketball, football and track and field. In her spare time, she also volunteers by assisting adults with literacy through reading comprehension.

Her primary focus is residential sales and home buyer education. She will work hard by providing useful resources and guiding you from start to finish in the home buying process.
