Since beginning her career at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, Laura Beth Caudell has had ample success as a REALTOR®. Throughout her career, Laura Beth has received numerous awards and certifications. She understands that being a competent Realtor® means investing in her continuing education. In 2021, she graduated from the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, granting her the knowledge of how the industry functions on a statewide level. She has also earned the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource® certification and the National Association of Realtor’s At Home with Diversity designation. Laura Beth received the 2018 Women’s Council of Georgia REALTORS® Extra Effort Award and celebrated being recognized as a member of the Walton Barrow board of REALTORS®’s 2019 Circle of Excellence.
