THE BEST!! Laura went above and beyond what she needed to do to make everything about our home purchase the best it could be. She dug deep to find the most fitting comparables so that we could make an informed, reasonable offer, sorting out homes that had not been renovated, like ours, from those that had. Once we had an offer accepted, she continued to work hard to make sure all was right with the transaction, including extra effort to see that the termite bond transferred on time. She offered ideas we would not have come up with ourselves and that worked in our favor, such as asking the seller to cover specific fixes brought up by the inspection. I could give more examples, but the point is that Laura looked out for us with her attention to every detail. She did not hesitate to spend her time going the extra mile.
I don't think you could do better than to engage Laura Celaya to work for you!

There’s also her observation in the key neighborhoods themselves, spotting what others might miss while passing through. Best agent! . Laura has been showing us houses for years. She is very kind and patient. Although, we did not end up buying a house we knew we wanted to use Laura as our listing agent. She was quick to respond to anything I needed and always available. She put a lot of effort into selling our house and it sold in a week! She also communicated with our out of town realtor to help us purchase a home. We are very grateful for everything Laura has done for us!

Laura was a pleasure to work with. We are experienced investors and bought a multi-unit STVR property through Laura, which required knowledge of market cap rates, income projections, due diligence and deal structuring in a market that was changing by the week. Laura was able to use her deep knowledge of the market, and compile additional information and leverage her contacts as appropriate. Throughout the process Laura went above and beyond to offer her help from big issues like coordinating contacts to meeting our contractor on site during due diligence and keeping the deal on track to close, to smaller issues like having a number of conversations with the previous owner to transition property management. The more work that arose the more Laura kept offering to help, which has continued post close. Laura is hard working and on it, which is, of course, great. However we would like to add that what has stood out most to us is Laura is a person of great integrity. And we trust that she has her clients’ best interests at heart.

A great experience! Originally we met Laura four years ago when we thought we were going to move but then our plans changed. This time we were not prepared to put our house on the market or sell it so quickly. Laura makes the process simple. Laura helped me every step of the way. My sale was complicated by a 1031 transfer and a STVR certificate, but she made the process simple. Not only did we sell the house in less than 30 days but she helped me through the 1031 transfer purchases, which was a marathon of house hunting. Can't recommend her enough.

Wonderful buying experience thanks to Laura! Laura was so lovely to work with. We had a unique situation where we were not to sure of the timeline for our move, and Laura kept in contact with us for over a year until we were finally ready to move and buy. She was great at showing us around as we were new to the area, and really helped us to figure out which location was right for us. A lot of times, it was only me or my husband who were able to go see a house with Laura, and she did a great job of navigating our needs when only one of us could be there to view the house.
