Laura is the best! Laura did an exceptional job leading us to prepare and price the house. When we got an offer on the second day, she helped us through the negotiating process, clearly communicating options and tradeoffs. Laura was a pleasure to work with. We are experienced investors and bought a multi-unit STVR property through Laura, which required knowledge of market cap rates, income projections, due diligence and deal structuring in a market that was changing by the week. Laura was able to use her deep knowledge of the market, and compile additional information and leverage her contacts as appropriate. Throughout the process Laura went above and beyond to offer her help from big issues like coordinating contacts to meeting our contractor on site during due diligence and keeping the deal on track to close, to smaller issues like having a number of conversations with the previous owner to transition property management. The more work that arose the more Laura kept offering to help, which has continued post close. Laura is hard working and on it, which is, of course, great. However we would like to add that what has stood out most to us is Laura is a person of great integrity. And we trust that she has her clients’ best interests at heart.

A great experience! Originally we met Laura four years ago when we thought we were going to move but then our plans changed. This time we were not prepared to put our house on the market or sell it so quickly. Laura jumped in to personally help get things ready and worked with our hectic schedules to sell our house in a peaceful and timely manner. Great experience! . My husband and I started looking for a home a couple of months before we got married in November 2022. Our house hunting process ended up being more drawn out than we originally thought it would be due to personal circumstances and Laura was the most helpful and patient realtor through it all! Laura makes the process simple. Laura helped me every step of the way. My sale was complicated by a 1031 transfer and a STVR certificate, but she made the process simple. Not only did we sell the house in less than 30 days but she helped me through the 1031 transfer purchases, which was a marathon of house hunting. Can't recommend her enough.

Wonderful buying experience thanks to Laura! Laura was so lovely to work with. We had a unique situation where we were not to sure of the timeline for our move, and Laura kept in contact with us for over a year until we were finally ready to move and buy. She was great at showing us around as we were new to the area, and really helped us to figure out which location was right for us. A lot of times, it was only me or my husband who were able to go see a house with Laura, and she did a great job of navigating our needs when only one of us could be there to view the house.
