Laura De Jesus has been with CIBA Real Estate since 2015. Laura has an extensive technical background which includes 36 years in management, negotiations of contracts and asset valuation from the Oil and Gas industry. Laura was able to forge long lasting personal and industrial relationships and has successfully applied her skills to the commercial and industrial real estate market.

As a resident in the City of Monrovia, Laura focuses on industrial and retail properties in the San Gabriel Valley, Pomona and Fontana.

Laura has represented tenants in transactions involving up to 15,000 SF. And buyers up to 7,000 SF.

Gina’s focus is on sales and leasing of commercial properties with a special distinction for artistic/creative uses for clients in the San Gabriel Valley, as well as in the Downtown LA, Silicon Beach, and Hollywood areas.
