My wife and I had a wonderful time working with Laura for our home purchasing experience. This was our first time buying a home in New York City and her knowledge of Brooklyn and experience as a broker really played in our favor. She was not simply facilitating the process but was instead actively searching the area and when we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, she negotiated an offer that made us feel great about the purchase!

We decided to purchase a co-op in the end, and the entire buying experience went smoothly because of her. She is very passionate about the real estate industry and she takes a lot of pride in representing her clients. We couldn't ask for more and we highly recommend Laura.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Laura on the recent sale of our condo in Brooklyn. We had met with a few brokers back in 2022, but decided to hold off until the spring of 2023 to list. Laura's follow up was excellent and she stayed in touch with us over that year until we were ready to put our place on the market.

Once we made the decision, Laura jumped right in. She knew exactly how to price, style and market our home to the best advantage. We received multiple offers after her first showing and within a matter of days had 13 offers with half of them being cash!
