Laura has a diverse background. She previously served as a non-profit leader as Executive Director of Camp Fire USA–NCW Council. Jaecks has been and continues to be an entrepreneur. She was the founding co-owner and general business manager of The Training Station (currently WORX Wenatchee Valley). She owns a small business that rents and delivers Airstream trailers in NCW. She is devoted to community service. She is a veteran board member with the Wenatchee School District and currently serves on the Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center Board of Directors.

Laura holds a Real Estate license, Project Management Certificate-University of Washington Extension, Master of Education in Educational Technology-City University, a BS in Accounting-Central Washington University, and an Associates of Arts Degree-Wenatchee Valley College.

She is married to Steve Schwind and enjoys activities with him and their dogs Riley and Jazz.

My husband and I recently worked with Laura Jaecks to purchase a home and sell our home to our daughter and her family. Laura was amazing. She walked us through each step of the process and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. When we needed to access the home that we were purchasing, she scheduled time to meet with us that worked with our schedule. She even facilitated a meeting with the owner of the home so that we could learn about the home's history. I would highly recommend Laura for all of your home purchasing or sale needs.
