Laura makes dreams come TRUE. Long story short, Laura worked her magic and made it possible for me to be writing this review from my DREAM home. After my initial buyers had some personal issues and backed out of the sale of my home, Laura had a back up plan ready and waiting so I did not lose out on the contingent deal I had to buy my new home. If it were not for her experience in the industry with unpredictable parties there is no way this would have worked out.

Laura Janski is the only realtor I will use!

Just purchased a house with Laura. It is the second time I’ve worked with her. The first time was to sell a property 4 years ago. Based on that experience I knew I would get great service this time. Laura was very helpful in dealing with a dishonest seller who lied on the property disclosure, and then forged a receipt from a local business to show proof of a maintenance item regarding the undisclosed major issue with the house. Laura worked hard to close this sale. The seller should feel fortunate that she was the realtor. I would recommend Laura to anyone who wanted to buy or sell a property. We will definitely use her again.
