After graduating from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a BS in Business I worked in Human Resources at the American Cancer Society and the University of Tennessee. I have been in Real Estate since 1994. I originally started working with first time home buyers and assisting them through the process. Eventually, I worked with people looking to upsize or downsize in the market. I have worked in Knox County, Anderson County, Roane County and Loudon County. I live in the Hardin Valley area of West Knoxville and have been in this area for many years. I grew up in Oak Ridge and know that area very well also.
In 2002, I choose to get my General Contractors License. I enjoy assisting people in the building process of a new home if we do not find a current home on the market that they are interested in purchasing. I have built homes from the $150,000-1.2 Million value.
I enjoy doing mission work in remote areas abroad and have been to Africa multiple times to assist orphans in this area. This past summer I went to Ghana to assist in the building of a school for orphans. This was a profound project that I was eternally grateful to be able to assist with the construction. I was a General Contractor in a volunteer capacity for the Extreme Home Makeover Project in Knoxville. Next summer I plan on spending a month in Malawi Africa doing work with children that have been orphaned for one reason or another. Much of my money I make goes to help those less fortunate than we have been in this country. I do work locally with a couple of non-profits that help the children in the inner city of Knoxville.
Please contact me and I would be happy to assist you with your next home purchase, selling your current home or building your next place to call home. I look forward to hearing from you.
