Laura never pressured us to go look at places, but she was always willing to book us showings quickly when a house came up we liked. She was professional, but it also felt like family as we talked thought positives and negatives of each house. We listened to her advice and appreciated her honesty. She also helped us finally close the deal on a purchase - answering any questions we had.

On the flip side, she did a wonderful job selling our home. She encouraged us to prep it, but not in a way that seemed overwhelming. She had a good strategy for the sale, and the outcome couldn’t have been better!

Kudos to Laura Martin for her exceptional service during our recent home selling experience! In today’s hot real estate market, housing demand is unprecedented. Laura assisted us in getting the property in tip top shape. Her presentation resulted in many showings and several offers. Selling the home was the easy part. Unfortunately, property damage occurred as a result of a windstorm that blew through the day after we accepted one of the offers. Laura was up to the challenge and walked through the insurance claim, serving as the intermediary between buyer and seller. Although we experienced a bit of a delay as a result of the insurance claim, we still managed to wrap up the sale in respectable time. We’d wholeheartedly recommend Laura Martin for all your real estate needs!

Laura was great to work with. She helped us in purchasing our new home. The purchase was not normal, and there were bumps along the way, but Laura was always there to help and get things back on track.

We sold our previous home privately to a large corporation. Our new home purchase was contingent on that sale and it did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. Laura stuck with us and helped us navigate things as best she could. To say the circumstances were unique would be an understatement.

Laura was very prompt to reply to messages and calls and went above and beyond to help us not only save money, but make informed decisions. Out of all the people we dealt with Laura was the most consistent and prompt in her replies and assistance. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our interests and we were never brushed off, even when things took far longer than normal Laura was always available.
