About Laura
Laura Paige has lived in Boston almost her entire adult life — in Back Bay for 18 years and Battery Wharf for nine. She knows and loves all of Boston’s neighborhoods and has been awed at the many changes over time. The excitement of seeing the real estate market respond to the growing demand of opulent housing in the Back Bay was Laura's incentive to join Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty's Back Bay office. Community spirit is alive and well in this town.
Prior to a real estate career, Laura owned and operated an Interior Design Business with many important leaders of Boston as her clients. She prioritized quality on every job and collaborated closely with her valued clients to always remain on the same page throughout. Laura’s business grew to include projects outside of Boston, including Wellesley, Weston, Nantucket, Woodstock, Vermont, San Francisco, Kennebunkport and Portland, Maine, as well as coastal Connecticut. Her sense of design, imagination and sheer possibility in an empty space is a gift and translates exceptionally well in the real estate world. Laura's clients appreciate her ability to quickly recommend staging, decorating and renovation strategies. Laura is especially passionate about serving others and helping people achieve their real estate dreams. Simply put, Laura lives by the philosophy that every client should feel that he or she is her only client.
Laura raised two sons in Wellesley, Massachusetts, who are now successful young men living in Boston and married to wonderful, caring and high-achieving women. For years, Laura and her husband worked as a team on their own real estate — they owned, invested in, rented, sold and managed a variety of luxury properties in Boston including multiple Back Bay and Waterfront condominiums and a historic Beacon Hill townhouse, which were all successfully rented and/or sold with a combined value of over $11 million. Her experience includes working closely with Boston brokers on pricing, staging and showings of all properties, managing communications, lease renewals and requests from tenants, and interacting with the wonderful team at First Republic Bank.
Laura grew up in Stonington, Connecticut with her many siblings and attended Northeastern University, Katherine Gibbs School and Harvard Extension School. Laura is a Member of the Vincent Club of Boston, which supports the Vincent Wing of the Mass General Hospital. She additionally serves on the Board of Directors of the Salt Marsh Opera. Today, Laura resides at The Ink Block in Boston’s South End and enjoys time on the shores of Connecticut. She is licensed to sell real estate in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
