Background
Laura is a 2nd Generation REALTOR®, following in the footsteps of her mother, Joy Polt. Laura earned her real estate license back in 1990, upon graduation from the University of Washington Business School. She has been practicing real estate ever since.

Laura invests most of her working hours on delivering “World Class Service” to her clients. She wants you to be so thrilled with her service that you refer her to your friends, family, and co-workers.

Laura is not a ‘salesperson’ focusing on the transaction, but Your Consultant and Advocate focusing on your needs and a lifelong relationship. Her strengths include strategizing for the best outcome, expert negotiation skills and attention to detail. On a Personal Note
At age 37, Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer. She endured surgery, chemo, and radiation and today she is cancer free. Laura's experience with cancer taught her to deeply appreciate what is most important in life… relationships.
