My wife & I are selling our home FSBO, and Laura had some very helpful suggestions and advice about staging and showing our house to potential buyers. Her presentation on the advantages of using her services as a seller's agent included extensive sample materials and a very informative analysis of comparable sales & listings tailored to our exact situation. She was very persuasive and if we do decide to abandon the FSBO route and go with a locally based traditional realtor we are likely to pick her for the job. She is competent, energetic, and knowledgeable about the Chagrin Falls area.

Laura helped my daughter buy a home long-distance that required a move from Baltimore to Cleveland. She spent so much time with her to help her get the best deal on a great house and helped her cross many hurdles in the process. She is now helping my son find a condo in his price range and spending lots of time meeting every challenge. She is so pleasant and responsive and knowledgeable. And if she doesn't know the answer right away, we can count on her finding it within hours! I highly recommend Laura as a great realtor!

03/26/2016 Via zillow- Sarpottle- Bought a home in 2016 in Fairmount, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118. Laura is amazing! Starting the process with her was easy. I had some very specific requests for a future home, and she worked extremely hard to find the perfect houses for me to tour, providing background knowledge on things like septic systems in certain counties, new regulations when looking in certain counties, school systems, tax information, etc. When I found the house I wanted, she put together a thorough contract that night, even working late into the evening to make sure the contract came across to the seller first thing. Her negotiation skills saved me a lot of money, and the whole time she was so available for communication. I will definitely use her again for my next investment property!

Via Zillow - Michaelrpottle Bought a Multi Family home in 2016 in Cleveland, OH. My wife and I relocated to Cleveland from Maryland. Laura was very helpful with her knowledge of the areas that we were interested in. Her hard work ethic really reduced the stress of buying a home from out of state. She meet with the home inspector on our behalf due to us not being able to. That really made up feel comfortable. She's great with communication, helped explained questions, and wouldn't take any grief from other realtors. She's one that you want on your side! I'd highly recommend her to anyone!
