Laura Tolzmann

Laura Tolzmann is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant and is the Owner and trainer at All in 1 Fitness. She grew up just west in St. Bonifacius and currently lives in Mound. She has trained at big chain gyms and as well as small fitness studios before purchasing the gym from Andy Fasching in January 2020. Laura competed in natural bodybuilding competitions earing her IPE pro card after winning the overall at the Natural Iowa Muscle in Des Moines, Iowa in May 2016. She placed 2nd and 4th at the Mr. and Mrs. Natural Minnesota qualifying the the IPE pro world championships in Liberty, Missouri where she placed 6th.
