LAURE FILOSA

Laure Filosa, a Professional Real Estate Agent, began her Real Estate Career in 2004.
Investing in real estate rentals, with the purchase of “fixer-uppers” refurbishing, improving and cleaning those homes to provide affordable housing to the community.

Her focus has always been to assist individuals and families to achieve their goal of finding a place to call “Home.”

Laure’s background includes sales, purchasing and financial services with various companies in Pinellas County, Florida. It was after her move to Citrus County Florida that she became active in real estate.
Her eventual move to Jacksonville, Florida, where she currently resides, encouraged her to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. During this time Laure has become familiar with the HUD and VA foreclosure process, as well as the Home Partners of America. In 2016 Laure was certified as a Military Residential Specialist.

Laure believes in giving back to the community and has become active in community affairs such as; “Krewe of Pandora” an all women organization in Tampa, Florida that sponsors local organizations in need; the Humane Society; the Angel Network and Breast Cancer Awareness activities from Tampa to Jacksonville.
Laure’s success in the real estate sector is due to her caring attitude and her willingness to give back to her community.
