Laurel Dial

Laurel is a graduate of UCLA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Literature. She has been with ConsensYs since 2011. As a Broker, Laurel is tasked with ensuring the company’s compliance with the many rules and regulations that exist in California. As the Director of Marketing, Ms. Dial is responsible for selling residential, HOA and commercial property management services to new clients. She currently sits on the Board for the Long Beach/Orange County Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), sits on the Legislative Committee for the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), and belongs to the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce and Business Networking International (BNI). She is also a member of Community Associations International (CAI), and the Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR). She is a Certified Community Association Manager as designated by California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is currently taking classes through IREM towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
