Laurel has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 32 years, but she got her start before that. Long before that. In the 70s, at the age of 9, with her mother working as a full-time Real Estate Agent, Laurel started her training. She was the only kid on the block out scouting for FSBOs (For Sale By Owner) on her bicycle. She had her first official real estate assistant position at 16 and hasn't looked back since.
Laurel's real estate journey has seen her taking on a diverse array of roles, from builder's salesperson to buyer's broker, and even a managing broker for an independent real estate agency. Her expertise encapsulates the entire spectrum of real estate, guiding clients seamlessly through transactions for new construction, historic farmhouses, opulent oceanfront getaways, and everything in between, spanning from Northern Maine to Southern New Hampshire.
In 1999, Laurel moved to the charming New Hampshire seacoast and fell in love with the area. She jumped right into the market once again-- as a buyer of two homes in Exeter NH and then as a broker. In 2015 she teamed up with Joe Leddy and a fantastic collaboration began that continues today.
These days Laurel Trzaskoma continues to be an integral part of Duston Leddy Real Estate, still working with Joe. This dynamic duo, though miles apart - with Laurel now residing in picturesque Pasadena, CA - exemplifies a modern-day approach to real estate teamwork. While Joe masterfully engages with his clients in person, Laurel provides all of the transaction coordination and support, harmonizing their efforts to provide clients with unparalleled service.
