I would recommend Lauren Cody to anyone seeking to sell their home in Riverside or elsewhere. She has all the elements of an outstanding real estate agent: She is available at all hours of the night and day, so that your sale moves through quickly (she helped us sell house and close in about 5 weeks, mostly by working her butt off); she has an eye for how to make your house look not just beautiful, but saleable, calling in and paying for design professionals (I didn't recognize my house after she was done with it); she is also a professional and informed business woman, who has followed trends over the years and also closely analyzes what is and isn't selling at a given time, and to whom, especially in Riverside; as a result, she can make careful and thoughtful decisions and projections, even in an uncertain market (our house sold quickly, and she gave us great advice over how to handle some difficult negotiations); she is also very sympathetic and supportive, which comes in handy during a process which can be pretty emotional. Finally, she's also good company, which is also appreciated. ;) Highly recommended!

Lauren represented the sellers when we were buyers in 2008. And we liked her so much, we had to have her as our seller's agent in 2020. Her professionalism, skills, and knowledge of our market was best-in-class.

I strongly believe that Lauren is the best realtor in Riverside and the surrounding area. Lauren has provided us with excellent representation every step of the way from finding our dream house, getting all our questions answered, making sure we got the best deal possible, and finally making sure the purchase itself went smoothly and there were no surprises. Lauren, my hero! After tons of research and reading numerous profiles, I found Lauren and knew she was the right match for us. In fact, I was so sure that I reached out to her a year before we were even ready to look for a home. We met with her and immediately connected with her down to earth personality. Lauren is smart and she's fast, she picks up before the first ring is even complete. She has answers and an endless goody bag of resources to assist her clients. We had tons of questions and scenarios. Lauren answered every call, responded to every text/email. She would send us listings or whenever we sent her a home we were interested in, she was prepared and ready to go. Her experience in this field is enormous but her best feature is her ability to connect with people and get them to open up which is a tremendous benefit to her client. Overall Lauren is the most dedicated, hard working realtor I've ever come across. She is patient and even in the toughest situations (uncooperative sellers realtor/lazy attorney) Lauren handles herself with confidence and grace. There was never a dull moment on our journey but there was also never a time that I felt like she didn't have our best interest at heart. She is 100% genuine and loves what she does. In a time where real estate agents rely on their clients to comb through the MLS and wait for something to catch their eye, Lauren was a proactive agent! She had conversations with other agents about potential listings for us, she searched through inventory that was not fully on the market yet, and she truly listened to what was important to our family. I had gone through 3 previous agents to sell my home. Lauren was my fourth agent. She sold my home within 6 months (after 5 years of being with other agents). She worked hard to get potential buyers and to help me out. She also helped me purchase my new home. Drove me everywhere looking at properties until I found my new home. We recently hired Lauren to sell a condo unit after first interviewing a number of different realtors. She came to the initial meeting extremely well prepared. She had performed her research regarding the subject property and brought to the meeting her marketing plan she professionally prepared.
Once we signed with her, we knew we made the correct decision. Her professional photographer took wonderful pictures of the unit and she published them in a number of different formats: on-line and hard copy. She succinctly and objectively discussed all matters with us making it easy to understand the process, responded quickly and clearly in all written communications, and demonstrated a knack for diplomacy and tact. Because of her skilled communication style and willingness to pick up the phone at any time (even while on vacation), it was easy to work remotely with her.
