Originally from Waco and a Baylor graduate, Lauren spent more than 20 years in sales before becoming licensed in real estate. After moving to Port Aransas with her family in 2023, she spent a year as a licensed assistant to a luxury agent on the island, learning the coastal market from the inside before launching her own business.
Today, Lauren specializes in vacation homes, second homes, short-term rental investments, waterfront properties, marina-front condos, and year-round coastal residences. She brings clear guidance, honest market insight, and strong marketing strategy to every client she serves.
Lauren lives in Old Town Port Aransas with her husband and son. What began as a big life change quickly became the first place her family has ever truly felt home. She has a deep passion for the history of Port Aransas and the character of Old Town, and that local perspective shapes the way she helps others buy, sell, invest, and relocate along the Texas coast.
Fun fact: Lauren holds a Sommelier Diploma from the International Sommelier Guild and loves making cocktails, entertaining, and bringing people together — whether around a table, a bar, or a beach-town front porch.
