Since 2012, Lauren Martilli has helped home buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process seamlessly. Born in Boston, raised in Atlanta, and spent summers in Europe, Lauren has called Jacksonville home since 2005. Lauren graduated with honors from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Humanities. She worked briefly at Fidelity National Financial in Jacksonville before returning to FSU for graduate school. Lauren was awarded both teaching and research positions while earning a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities. Lauren's research examined the impact of early cinema on modern artists, postmodern architecture, and the interconnections of international relations, human rights, and global marketing of luxury goods. Lauren also taught a popular undergraduate film studies course at FSU. Before working in real estate, Lauren was an adjunct professor at FSCJ where she taught courses including 20th Century Cultural Perspectives, which immersed students in the unique qualities of art & architecture as exemplified in the works of Matisse, Czanne, Gauguin, Picasso, Dali, Le Corbusier, Gaud, and Gropius, among others. Lauren's world travel, appreciation of fine art, and her admiration of the world's artistic treasures complement her passion for real estate. Lauren aims to showcase the unique qualities of the area’s finest homes on a global stage in ways only Sotheby's International Realty can facilitate. After spending the last several years as a Broker for a local firm, Lauren decided to refocus on what she loves most, working directly with buyers and sellers to assist them in fulfilling their real estate goals. Lauren's leadership experience is augmented by professional awards and designations she's earned including, Five Star Real Estate Professional 2016-2019 and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Lauren is a member of the Institute of Luxury Marketing.
