About Lauren

Lauren Parrella is a Northern New Jersey native and a seasoned real estate professional who recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Her market savvy, top tier negotiating skills and proven ability to deliver dynamite results have resulted in her being an award-winning agent. She has earned numerous awards receiving a FIVE STAR Real Estate Award and is a member of the Million Dollar Club. She was the Platinum level recipient for the North Central Jersey Circle of Excellence for 2020.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in the field of Law and Society from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Lauren was a Deans List student graduating with Cum Laude Honors. When she was not in the classroom Lauren could be found on the softball field. An athlete and collaborator Lauren delivered inspiration and leadership to her team and was promoted to the captain position. She was actively involved in the Chi Alpha Sigma National Society for Collegiate Scholars. Lauren was a member of Ramapo’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. After earning her bachelor’s degree - she went on to earn a master’s degree in human services counseling with a concentration in Life Coaching from Liberty University. While attending school she took a part time job in a Real Estate Brokerage and felt a meaningful connection to the real estate business.

Upon graduation Lauren became a Police Dispatcher for the Upper Saddle River Police Department for over five years. This gave Lauren to the opportunity to pair her knowledge of the law and her love of helping people. She continued with her dream of helping people finding their perfect home becoming a part time real estate agent at Weichert. She knew that Real Estate was a calling and became a full time REALTOR® in 2018 with Realty Executives Exceptional in Wayne. After making many homeowner/seller dreams become a reality she took it a step further and earned her Broker License. Throughout her journey she has encouraged others to not give up on their dream. She is now the Broker/Owner of her own office and has taken many new agents under her wing to develop and groom them to provide the most outstanding client satisfaction in the industry.

Her phenomenally successful approach begins with careful listening to her client's needs. Then she puts her vast knowledge of the Northern New Jersey area to work. Always available to answer questions and take care of buyers’ and sellers concerns, Lauren is known for her follow-through and her ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and sometimes turbulent business.

When Lauren finds down time, she enjoys spending time with husband and two stepchildren. She loves to read, camp, hike, and quad.
