Lauren Uzarek

Lauren Kahn Uzarek is a Miami native with extensive experience in sales and marketing in the South Florida marketplace. She began her career working as a producer in television news after graduating Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Having been raised in a family of seasoned real estate professionals she made the natural transition into real estate sales and marketing with Lowell Homes, the first of the Lowell Companies. There she spent years honing her sales and marketing skills, learning the ins and outs of quality construction and luxury finishes and building upon her intimate knowledge of South Florida’s various communities. She served as sales manager for new development sales offices from Coral Gables to Homestead, oversaw the conversion of a 47-unit apartment building and led as Director of Sales and Marketing for Lowell Homes’ Masterpiece Division. An avid photographer who enjoys shooting wildlife and landscapes, Lauren is also a professional real estate photographer. Her belief that photos offer a special one-time opportunity to present a home’s very best first impression has driven her to produce for her customers high quality images that are strategically shot with meticulous attention to every detail. Her multifaceted approach to the industry makes her uniquely qualified to guide her customers smoothly through the buying and selling process.
