Lauren Whitehead made selling and buying a home an easy going, wonderful experience. I randomly met Lauren as an agent sitting at an open house for new properties. She was warm, welcome, and had the mindset I needed for buying/selling in this insanely busy market. She shared strategies and solutions with me that I would have never thought of on my own. I had been looking at houses by myself and had met a lot of realtors, but she made an impression on me no one else had. I called her and asked to help me and my family. From that moment, Lauren put together a game plan to help us with exactly what we wanted. Lauren also hires a professional photographer to come in and take pictures of the home (included in her fee). She was always professional and present throughout the entire process.She had my house sold within 2 full days on the market with multiple offers. The market is hot and there is no doubt about that. Lauren provided me with the easiest and least stressful solutions to get everything done I wanted. Anyone can sell a house in this market, but Lauren can provide the experience with the least stress! I'm so thankful for her!

Lauren kept it real with us. We didn't want to be in a new development, but as out-of-towners, we weren't aware of the rapid expansion of the suburbs north of Huntsville and Madison. She accepted the challenge of keeping us within 30 mins of the Arsenal but outside of a cookie-cutter neighborhood (not an easy task!). We were very happy with her service.
