I put my clients in Lauren's hands (as an out of state referral) and she, by far, exceeded my expectations! The preparation she put into making sure they had a solid and successful sale involved an enormous effort on her part. She didn't miss a single detail in presenting their home in the very best light, going above and beyond in her job from day 1, months before they were ready to list. She offered suggestions that would make their home more attractive and did beautiful photography and marketing. It was Lauren's hard work and knowledge of her market that brought in multiple offers- over asking price- and a contract within days. We had such a great home buying experience with Lauren and would recommend her to others for their home buying experience. Lauren was extremely responsive and easy to contact by text, call, and email. She was available weekends for calls if we had questions and would schedule home tours based on our schedule, including weekends and evenings. Most importantly, I appreciated that she was a great person to work with and I felt comfortable making a home purchase with her. Lauren was never pushy or made us feel rushed, as we were taking our time looking at houses and figuring out what we needed in a home since we were expecting our first baby . Also, she sent us a card and gift on our first Mother’s Day and Father’s Day which was very special

My husband and I started our home search in the fall of 2022 while we were both working, but then needed to take a pause when our son was born in February 2023. Once we were settled as parents, we started the home buying experience again in the spring. We appreciated that Lauren was flexible with her hours to meet us after work, on weekends, and other times that worked best with our busy schedules.

Once we found our dream home we had a bit of a back-and-forth negotiation, but Lauren was in constant communication with us all day on a Saturday to finalize a deal that we were happy with.

We are so excited to move into our new house! We are moving from a one-bedroom condo into a single-family home, so we are so excited for more space. We especially love that our new home has a finished basement with a guest bedroom and full bath for when our family comes to visit.

It would be very hard to find a better team of real estate professionals than Lauren Wiley and MJ Frazier. They are consummate professionals who know what to do to sell a house and to get the best price for it. They are both friendly and extremely easy to work with, and gave us very insightful recommendations to prepare our house for sale. From there, they staged the house with furniture that made the most of each room, accentuating the amount of space and making it look appealing to any potential buyer. Their creative marketing on multiple media platforms created a buzz that led to multiple offers in just three days and, ultimately, the sale of our house for $40K over the asking price – which set a record for our community. I would give my highest recommendation of MJ and Lauren to anyone who wants to find the absolute best real estate team around.

Lauren is an phenomenal real estate agent. She handled two complex real estate transactions simultaneously for me along with myriad others she was working for additional clients. One of my deals involved an extremely tight time frame / complex purchase framework and the other involved a short sale. Her professionalism, connections in the real estate network, recommendations on lenders and know-how on how to step through the transaction process provided the guidance I needed, even for someone versed in real estate. She is extremely educated in the NOVA market (including Fauqier County where we eventually purchased two homes). As someone who works in mergers and acquisitions and makes her living on complex deals, I was blown away by Lauren's attention to detail and ability to shephard the process. Not to mention, Lauren is just absolutely fanstastic as a human being and a pleasure to work with - you'll gain a friend for life. I've also passed on Lauren's information to my friends with the same (amazing) results. 10 stars if I could.

Lauren was so very helpful and patient with us as she guided us through the entire process. We didn't see the house in person until AFTER we bought it- that's how trustworthy Lauren is. Our sweet house is tucked away in a cute neighborhood, and backs up to an awesome creek and trail that our kids love. Signing with Lauren was the best decision we could have ever made in the hunt for our forever home. We met with Lauren 5-6 months before we knew we would be ready to purchase a home. She helped us to craft a plan to be ready to buy at the most financially advantageous time in this competitive market. She set up a portal with a filter catered to our specific desired housing characteristics through which we were able to view the most current new listings. Over the months that we were fortunate enough to work with Lauren we never once felt pressured to buy or even look at any specific homes or locations. She listened to us and offered suggestions on how we could find our home. She was essential in finding us a mortgage broker and helping us prepare so that we were ready to make an offer when the time was right. I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Lauren. Starting this process as a single mom in a compettive market was intimidating. Lauren was very reassuring, connected me with an awesome lender, and was there EVERY step of the way. Lauren helped me find a home (our second offer - YAY!!) that is only 10 minutes away from family, which was something that was very important for me, although I was not sure it would actually happen. So now instead of my daughter and I moving each year, trying to figure out schools, we now have a home and she can finish middle school and high school in one place and hopefully make friends that will last a lifetime. I had never used a realtor to home search before, but when I reached out to Lauren about a potential listing, just to find out the parking situation on the property, Lauren informed me the listing did not have a parking spot, and then suggested other options in my price range and location to consider, with parking! Lauren ended up finding me and my sister a great place, and her constant communication with me helped make that possible.
