Laurie Briggs

After a successful career in the Canadian health insurance field, Laurie moved to the Palm Springs area and obtained her real estate license. As an omen of things to come, in her first year, she won her Brokerage's Rookie (Agent) of the Year Award. With many years of experience in customer service and project management, Laurie knows how to get results! Laurie believes every client deserves to be matched with the best property for their unique needs and budget.

Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Laurie lived and worked in Kelowna, Edmonton and Vancouver, for more than 20 years, before relocating to the Los Angeles area with her husband, Tim. They now live and work together in the Palm Desert area as The Briggs Group at Coldwell Banker Realty in Indian Wells. Palm Springs Life Magazine ranked The Briggs Group in the top 30 real estate teams in the Coachella Valley, based on sales volume, in 2019 and have continues to regularly make the Top Agents List.
