Laurie Elsass

Laurie has actively been serving the Central Ohio and SW Florida markets since 2016 with tremendous success. She was selected as "Rookie of the Year" in 2017 for the largest brokerage city-wide. The following year, she achieved status as one of the top 20% of all agents in Central Ohio for volume sold. She has consistently been a top achiever both in her brokerage and within the Columbus Board of Realtors, including being awarded The President's Merit Award, The President's Commitment Award, and The President's Excellence Award. Her commitment to all of her clients is that she will always be honest, trustworthy, and tenacious when representing you.

In addition to her extensive residential experience, Laurie specializes in equestrian properties and horse farms, combining her lifelong passion for riding with her real estate expertise. Her deep understanding of equine needs, farm functionality, and land-use considerations allows her to guide buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence in this unique market segment.

Laurie has been a Dublin resident for 30 years and raised her three sons there. Her passion and commitment to her community are evident, having served in numerous PTO positions over the years; serving a three-year term on the Dublin Board of Zoning Appeals; being appointed by Governor John Kasich to the Ohio State Medical Board for a three-year term; being a founding board member and creating Heartland High School (Ohio's only high school for adolescents struggling with substance abuse); being appointed to the board of the R.E.I.D. Foundation (an organization that provides support to those dealing with addiction and/or emotional trauma through the power of the creative arts); volunteering for the Community Refugee and Immigration Service; and joining the Dublin Chapter of 100 Women, an organization that encourages women to financially support charitable causes.

In her free time, she enjoys riding her fabulous horse and competing in regional hunter/jumper shows, cooking, and traveling.
