A Baltimore native, Laurie graduated from Columbia University in New York City and received her graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She practiced as a Nurse-Midwife for 20 years and delivered hundreds of babies. After raising three children, in 2006 she started what has become a thriving full-time real estate business.
