Laurie Koutnik is one of the Supervising Broker and Owners of Capital City Realty & Property Management, which opened its doors in January 2015. Laurie has over 20 years of experience in serving the needs of the local community. Laurie is familiar with all aspects of the real estate market and is here to assist you in all your needs. As a Montana native from a Hi-Line farm and ranch family, she has a strong work ethic and commitment, and an understanding of what it takes to successfully satisfy the needs of her clients. She believes in giving back to the community through involvement in professional and service organizations including her local church and supporting Christian worldwide missionary endeavors. She is married to Randy, a mother of 4 adult children, a grandmother to 15 grandkids, and a former foster parent to 57 youth with the State of Montana and Casey Family Program.
