I would recommend Laurie Stebbins for The “BEST REALTOR” of the Year Award. I met her online while living in Atlanta, seeking out my new resident in the Huntsville Alabama area. She immediately called me back. She was very accommodating and set showing times that was conducive to my hectic schedule. Whenever I arrived in Bama, she would meet me at an agreed upon location and personally drove me around town in her vehicle to show homes of my choice. Laurie was always very professional, attentive, and willing to alter her schedule accordingly to accommodate. She was also extremely instrumental in ensuring me a birds eye view of my complete construction from beginning to end. Throughout the building process she continuously sent pictures of every phase because I couldn’t personally be present. Laurie Kept me informed of any matters pertaining to the building of my new construction. If she didn’t have the answer she would honestly say, “I will find out and get back”, and she always kept her word. Honesty and trustworthy is her badge of honor. And lastly, on closing day Oct 28, 2020 I got struck in a 2 1/2 hour traffic backup on 20 west due to a accident, plus my dog got sick on the way. Long story short, not only did Laurie managed to get us a later closing appointment for the same day, but she actually agreed to do my finally walk through for me since she and I had already created a bond of expectations. I trusted her. Everything went well and I was able to get my blood pressure down from all the anxiety which overrode the excitement. Laurie was not only a great agent, but I believe I made a friend. I would strongly recommend Laurie Stebbins to anyone who is seriously seeking a professional agent to help with their new home buying experience. Thanks for everything Laurie! 🤗 Jai~

Laurie was very friendly and helpful as we looked at the various options and locations for a new home build. He knowledge and assistance helped us pick out the location and options throughout the selection, build, and closing process. She was helpful with answering any questions about the area and getting answers to unique questions concerning building options outside of the builder as well as options to pursue within the local area. Her time and assistance was truly helpful throughout the exciting and stressful time. I would highly recommend Laurie for anyone looking to find a knowledgeable realtor in the Madison area.
