LaVar Rich currently serves as a real estate agent with Middle Bay Realty in Kilmarnock, VA. Previously LaVar was the Founder of Rich Genix & Partners, where he assisted his clients with their buying and selling needs in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. In this role, he was responsible for meeting the needs of local buyers and sellers. As a DMV native and a long-standing real estate professional, LaVar is primarily focused on meeting and exceeding client requirements complemented by his wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding the competitive landscape of the Nation’s Capital. LaVar is a values-driven real estate professional. His focus is to ensure that each relationship is handled with integrity and care. He previously worked in the development of investment properties where has was responsible for the daily operations of twenty-eight individual properties. Prior to that, he worked with William T. Cantrell, Inc where he helped develop communities throughout the Richmond, Virginia Metro area. LaVar’s commitment to hard work started at a young age of playing collegiate sports. He learned the value of hard work, integrity, teamwork, and self-regulation through participating in basketball and track & field.
