We had an excellent experience with Lavell. Being new to the area and moving in from out of town we were a little more high maintenance than other clients. But he did a great job of keeping us informed, and we are thrilled with the house that we were able to purchase. Not sure that this could have happened as it did without Lavell's help.

I would to begin this review by saying, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Lavell was more than helpfulthroughout my home buying process. He was very willing to accommodate virtual showings because my family lives out of state. He also worked closely with my father who lives in town, which was great. During this time we found the house we wanted to put a bid on but, someone else beat us to it. I was very discouraged so I told him I was going to stop looking all together. He told me he would something else for me. Wouldn't you know it, that offer fell through and he contacted me immediately. He stuck with me and now I am the proud owner of that home. He was extremely helpful and patient during the entire process. Lavell did not treat us like a sale, I felt he genuinely wanted to help my family get into our forever home and we are very grateful. Thank you again Lavell.
