About Lavina

I have been in Real Estate since November 1979. During that period of time, I have participated in every type and every phase of real estate. In the 1980's and early 1990's, I learned about foreclosures and short sales. That experience has helped me move in to todays market with a better understanding.
Through the years my real specialty has been First Time Homebuyers and Empy Nesters. Even though I am young at heart I am also an empty nexter so i understand each end of the market.
I have worked corporate relocation and do enjoy meeting the new people coming in to our area and can feel the pain of the people preparing to leave their home to move on with life. These people deserve a special touch and I like to be the one to help them through what can be a very traumatic time.
I also manage property for homeowners who either have rentals they do not want to manage or those who find it impractical to sell at this time.
