Hello, my name is Le Schroeder, Associate Broker with Cactus Mountain Properties, LLC. I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining the Real Estate professionals, I worked in the mortgage industry as an underwriter. This experience has giving me an in-depth understanding of the mortgage industry. I have worked on virtually all sides of the real estate transaction and know what is important to both buyers and sellers; a knowledge that only experience can provide.
This background is invaluable because even in today’s day of technology you would think that the top three complaints have changed over the past 30 years but they haven’t. Buyers and sellers hearing from their agent is still the number one complaint, then follow up after the transaction is among the top 3 complaints and also Realtor empathy is still the greatest grievance from the consumer. With all of our communication devices and the internet you would think that the industry runs as a well oiled machine but it doesn’t. Having been a lender and Realtor and Broker, I have learned that if I address just these three issues I am miles ahead of my competition - and I do. You will be very impressed with my customer reviews because not only do I stay in touch with you but I am your advocate and counselor throughout and after the sales transaction. I have been in the business for so long not from being the worlds greatest prospector but by working my hardest to treat each customer as though they are my only customer.
Previously, I was a Software Project Manager in the medical and manufacturing industries. My previous careers provided me with extensive background in finance/mortgage as well as work related world-wide travel which afforded me the opportunity to meet and work with people from all over the world and all walks of life.
