We started talking to Leah about a year before we were going to be moving to FL from Colorado. She got to work right away uncovering our needs and desires. Within a couple weeks she had come back to us with several neighborhoods that fit our needs. She helped us narrow it down to only a few by the time we came out to Florida to drive around and see places in person. We ended up in the perfect place for our family and everything we desired for this new chapter thanks to the leg work that Leah put in. We are so glad we had her in our corner during the NEW BUILD process. If you are searching for your a home to buy or building a home Leah is a great advocate and will be an asset to you during the buying process. Leah White helped us to find the house of our dreams in Sarasota, Florida! She is the best real estate agent we have ever known. She worked with us patiently, explaining all the special features of Florida houses (we are moving from Minnesota) and the real estate market. As first time home buyers, we were incredibly grateful for Leah’s expertise and professionalism. She knows so much about the ins and outs of real estate and she offers invaluable guidance. Furthermore, she acts quickly. When we started looking at houses, she managed to set up 3 houses at a day’s notice then another 9 throughout the following week. I teach, so my schedule was limited and she went out of her way to meet up in the late afternoon/evening. When the time came to close on our house, she handled all of the paperwork with remarkable efficiency. Every document that had to do with Leah was ready in advance. She even helped us clarify some of the lender’s requests. If you are looking for a real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge that builds relationships and gets things done, you should choose Leah.

I was located in Colorado and looking for a home in Sarasota FL. I hired Leah as my agent to be my boots on the ground and help me navigate things during construction. From the very beginning I knew I was in the right hands. Leah took the time to learn what my needs were and what In wanted to stay away from. She found a great new build in the Nokomis area with all the amenities I wanted, close to the beach and in my price range. Leah has a high work ethic and is very professional and reliable. We were very fortunate to connect with Leah White by responding to an advertisement. Though we were initially interested only in finding a seasonal rental opportunity and her focus is sales, Leah graciously offered to assist us. Without experiencing any pressure from her, but assisted by her superior knowledge of the Sarasota market, we began to consider buying opportunities, and Leah ultimately guided us to a new townhouse development that was a great match. As our eyes and ears on the ground, she was proactive in keeping us informed of the construction progress, and instrumental in influencing the builder to accelerate the closing to accommodate our travel schedule.
