Timing Is Everything! You need a Realtor who wants this as much as you do! We won the race for our dream house because Leann is so responsive and proactive. She made arrangements for a showing on short notice, during a holiday weekend! The offer was finalized within 24 hours; we learned afterwards that another buyer planned to view it the following day. Leann made the whole process seamless, taking all the stress off of us so we could focus on moving into our new home.
