I had a house that I needed to sell. My nephew had recently sold his house.I asked him if he was happy with his realtor. he said YES and I got leanne's phone number called her she answered the phone we agreed on a time that was convenient for me on a Saturday morning.we meet.she was very helpful in advising me on how to prepare the house to get the most bang for the buck. she gave me phone numbers for contractors that she recommends often L'm not from the area so it was nice to get trusted recommendations for contractors. when I contacted her via text or email morning or afternoon she would answer me in a reasonably short amount of time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEANNE PROVOST!!! the neighbor in the house behind used her to sell his previous house and was happy. she was very great to work with I didn't feel like I was sold a bill of goods. from start to finish I feel like I was dealing with a true professional.I feel like she told me the truth and worked hard to do right by me. she asked me about a time line and asking price. she worked on my schedule and asked my advice on things which I told her to price the house at what this market will allow

Leanne is all you want in a real estate broker. She is responsive to all your needs. You may call her super responsive. I have never had anyone respond as quickly to texts and calls as Leanne. She was at our house the day we call to look it over for listing it for selling. She set up a photo shoot for the next day. She helped us set a fair value price for the house which we sold within three days after 11 showings and 5 offers. She took care of everything when it came to the business of selling our house and even helped us with and issue after we closed with the title company. I do not believe you will find a more professional broker than Leanne. The person who recommended her to us was correct about her and I cannot more highly recommend you also contact her for your housing needs.
