as blind, didn't know anyone in the area. Saw an advertisement for Lee Brewer. Called, and the rest was history. He met with me on my time and days, and after 3 trips down, 27 homes later, we just closed today. In today's market, it's hard to find a realtor like Lee. I'm surely going to spread his name around.

We had a stunning home in Boca Royale we were trying to sell in this terrible housing market. Lee was able to have someone hold an open house for us almost every weekend which brought the maximum amount of traffic through the home. In 4 months we only had one interested buyer. But Lee pursued the buyer tenaciously and was able to sell our home in what seemed like a hopeless market. He impressed us from day one with his knowledge, marketing strategy and ability to think outside the box. We highly recommend Lee if you’re selling your home. We truly believe it was only through his tenacity that were able to sell.
