Lee Dodgson is an exceptional landlord. Accommodated my need of moving in mid-month as well as accepting my large breed adult dog on my lease. First month's rent was pro-rated and pet deposit was refundable, barring no damage of course on departure. All of this was a huge blessing during the initial stages of C-19 with so much locked down and scarcely limited. Very responsible landlord, responsive, and timely for any issues that occurred and is a huge plus with landlords as not always the case.
Example, new appliances being delivered. The refrigerator was taller than the cabinet. Lee answered my call right away and advised to leave the appliance. He came to rental same day, took the cabinet out, adjusted it and all was well.
With Lee and Peak Realty, as a landlord, you won't be disappointed or left hanging for hours or days waiting on something.
Do and will recommend Lee to anyone I hear of looking to rent a property. Great landlords aren't easy to find.

My husband and i have loved renting from Mr. Lee! When we found this house while house hunting, Mr. Lee was very responsive and was able to show us the house ASAP. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us good advice. We decided to rent with him and not someone else because he was very knowledgeable and we could tell he’d be a great landlord. He had also had this house remodeled very nicely. Since we’ve been here, he’s been very responsive to any small problems we’ve had and has helped us out right away. We would 100% recommend him to everybody!
