Lee Golub

Lee Golub, Managing Principal, is a key leader at Golub & Company, where he drives the company’s pursuit of high-profile development opportunities nationwide. Under his guidance, the firm has experienced notable growth across various property sectors and geographical markets. Lee provides leadership to the development group, ensuring the quality of ground-up construction projects. Additionally, he offers valuable insights to the asset management and marketing executives, contributing to the sustained value of each property. As a member of Golub’s Executive Committee, Lee guides the company’s strategy, decision-making, and relationship-building efforts. Outside of work, Lee is deeply involved in several notable organizations, serving on the boards of Chicago Gateway Green, Lookingglass Theatre, and the Magnificent Mile Association. He has been a dedicated co-chair of the City of Hope REACH (Real Estate Action Committee) social event for many years. Lee also provides his expertise as a member of the Senior Advisory Council at the Latin School of Chicago and the Architecture and Design Committee at the Art Institute of Chicago. Lee Golub joined Golub & Company in 1987, and he currently holds the position of designated managing broker for Golub & Company of Illinois LLC.
